What We Provide
Our Services
In-home and community support designed around each person’s needs, routines, and goals.
PCA / CFSS
Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) provide in-home help for Minnesotans with disabilities or chronic conditions. This includes support with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and basic health tasks.
CFSS also allows more freedom in selecting and directing caregivers. Eligibility depends on a state assessment and Medical Assistance (MA).
