MN DHS PCA / CFSS Services
PCA / CFSS
PCA and CFSS provide in-home help for Minnesotans with disabilities or chronic conditions — support with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and basic health tasks. CFSS also allows more freedom in selecting and directing caregivers. Eligibility depends on a state assessment and Medical Assistance (MA).
245D Waivered Services
- Individualized Home Supports (IHS) — without training, with training, and with family training
- Independent Community Living Services (ICLS)
