What We Provide
How can we help?
In-home and community support tailored to each person’s goals.
PCA / CFSS
PCA and CFSS provide in-home help for Minnesotans with disabilities or chronic conditions — support with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and basic health tasks. CFSS also gives more freedom to select and direct caregivers. Eligibility depends on a state assessment and Medical Assistance (MA).
