Our mission

Bella Mente Inc. exists to offer thoughtful, comforting care that helps families feel safe, supported, and independent. Whether at home, in school, or in the community, our caregivers bring kindness and stability to everyday life.

You don’t have to settle for a nursing home or hospital setting. Bella Mente supports your independence through Personal Care Services and Basic 245D Waivered Services, making it possible to continue living where you feel most at ease.

Care should fit the person, not the other way around.

How we work

We carefully select team members who are compassionate, patient, and reliable, and we staff clients based on their preferences and best fit to ensure strong, trusting relationships. We support independence whenever possible — whether it’s helping with daily routines, personal care, or community involvement.

We work closely with families and case managers to ensure care stays aligned with each person’s goals. Communication, flexibility, and follow-through are at the center of everything we do, and we respond within 24 hours to referrals.

Where we serve

Bella Mente is a Minnesota 245D-licensed provider and enrolled MHCP provider serving individuals and families statewide — from the Iron Range and our home community of Bovey to the Twin Cities metro and communities throughout Minnesota. Wherever home is, our goal is to help you stay there.
