Rooted on the Range
Bella Mente’s office sits in Bovey, in the heart of Itasca County. Our caregivers and coordinators live and work in these communities, and many of the families we support are people we’d run into at the grocery store or the ballfield.
That closeness shapes how we work: we match caregivers to clients by fit and preference, keep families and case managers in the loop, and show up when we say we will.

Minnesota 245D waivered services and PCA/CFSS, delivered by caregivers matched to each person’s needs, routines, and preferences.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
Without training, with training, and with family training.
Independent Community Living Services (ICLS)
Support to build skills for living on your own terms.
Homemaking
Cleaning, homemaking assistance, and home management.
Respite
A dependable break for families and primary caregivers.
Night Supervision
Overnight support so everyone can rest easier.
PCA / CFSS
In-home help with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and daily routines.
